Each issue follows the STEAMM theme—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics, and Military—to align with cadets’ diverse career interests. The structured format highlights six scholarships, six internships, and six volunteer opportunities, featuring elite programs from top universities like Carnegie Mellon, UCSD, and Stanford, as well as industry leaders such as Microsoft and Scripps Research Institute. With both in-class and virtual distribution, Cadet Compass empowers cadets with the resources to excel, fostering self-improvement and career readiness—one step at a time.
